The purpose of the blog is to keep all the residents within
the surrounding area as up to date as possible with the on-goings and progress
of the build along with any changes to the nearby roads and pedestrian footpath
that may occur throughout the project.
The bulk excavation works are almost complete with all of
the plots complete ready for piling.
At the moment the foundations are being formed using a pile
and ground beam system to support the houses and apartments.
Along with the foundations, the underground drainage is also being installed to the plots which are most complete ready for the beam and block floor to be laid above it.
